Thank you for shopping with Notes to Self Candle Co. We take pride in handcrafting high-quality candles, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.


Refunds
